I think we got all the way through a couple hundred comments at my joint without anyone saying Zardoz.

End of an era....

I think the key to dealing with the yoots is to keep them intellectually engaged. If they are interested, they will be pleased to cooperate with you.

I have yet to be disappointed by online people I've met in the flesh

Some people would take that as a challenge, you know.

Bring it...

My head hurts and I'm going to bed.

I'll disappoint you in the A.M.!

I doubt you'll be here in the flesh in the morning, thundra...

Let me see if this works now...

So glad you had such a great time Saturday! Maybe if I ever get my email back you can fill me in on the details.

AND... how totally awesome a out the 13 year old boys!! You will have a blast!!

YAY! I can comment on your bologna!!

I'll send you an email, BG. Retrieve it when you can.

The 13 yr-old boys are definitely a different, and welcome, energy. I think I'm finding myself biting my tongue a lot though in that I'm ready to dive in and joke away, but realize half of what I'd say is probably not appropriate coming from the "authority figure". :)

but realize half of what I'd say is probably not appropriate

bologna tagline!

I never sausage a post.

I'm so jealous that you actually got to meet her in person! How awesome are you???
Pretty flippin awesome I'd say.

You'd be totally disappointed in me if we met in person. I'm an idiot. :)

P.S. As the mother of 3 boys, I'd be much more comfortable with them. Boo to old women!

Don't worry about it Laura. Jennifer's met ME, and she STILL says she hasn't been disappointed by bloggers.... unless, of course, she is blocking it all out for mental health. An admitted possibility.

It may be a matter of starting with sufficiently low expectations.

She's in denial, ZRM. Ha-ha-ha-ha...

This all depends on whose flesh you're wearing.

I doubt I'd be disappointed in you, Laura! Even though I have to agree that hdb has a valid point. Substance seems to be going all Silence of the Lambs on us.

Everybody put lotion on, is hot outside.

I have renewed patience for creative endeavors these days, but it seems to have taken a toll on my patience for mankind.

Funny how those go hand-in-hand.

Everybody put lotion on, is hot outside.

I just got this... seeing it in conjunction with other comments. :)
