Last night, while listening to Santorum give his holier than thou, fear-based speeches, two quotes popped into my mind:

1) "God is a comedian playing to an audience too afraid to laugh."   - Voltaire

2) "Lighten up, Francis."  - Sgt. Hulka

The Vancouver Grizzlies once drafted Steve Francis who was very cranky about playing on a shit team and begged and whined and got traded. He came back with Houston, I think, and the scoreboard played the Hulka bit. HA HA! Then I believe Houston still kicked the Grizzlies' asses and boy, Houston was a shit team then.

So now I weep.
